BOERUM HILL, Brooklyn (PIX11) — From parking lots to affordable housing, New York City is taking proposals to build housing and community spaces on two Boerum Hill sites.
One lot is on Nevins St., and the other is on Third Ave. The sites are both owned by the city.
Monday night, the city asks developers and property managers about what could be built there.
Some residents said anything is better than parking lots.
