NEW YORK (PIX11) — The MTA wants to hear from its riders and that means it is time for the spring customer service survey.
Starting Thursday through May 3, you can go online and tell the MTA how they are doing.
The survey can be completed at new.mta.info/survey, and it takes about 10 to 15 minutes.
The agency said it uses feedback from the surveys to direct resources to parts of the transit system that customers say need improvement. According to the MTA, once you finish the survey, you will be entered for a chance to win a $50 OMNY gift card.
The survey is available in nine different languages, and a telephone option is available.
Results will be made public this summer.
