EAST HARLEM, Manhattan (PIX11) — A man died after he was pushed onto subway tracks in East Harlem, Manhattan on Monday, according to police.
A 45-year-old man pushed another man onto the tracks in an unprovoked attack at the 125th Street station around 7 p.m., according to police. Officers took the 45-year-old suspect into custody, officials said.
No. 5 trains were severely delayed in both directions, according to the MTA. Northbound trains were running locally from the Grand Central-42nd Street station to the 125th Street station.
