NEW YORK (PIX11) – American Airlines is setting itself apart from its rivals by being the only U.S. carrier to fly non-stop between New York and Tokyo, Japan.
Flights from John F. Kennedy International Airport will fly directly to Haneda Airport in downtown Tokyo.
The Department of Transportation approved the airline’s application for the new route last week.
The new service starts on June 28. Tickets for the non-stop flight are on sale now.
