KEW GARDENS HILLS, Queens (WABC) -- A teen has died after being shot in the torso in Queens, police say.
It happened just before 3 p.m. Thursday near a high school on 77-53 Main Street in Kew Gardens Hills.
Police say the 18-year-old was shot four times in the torso. He was taken to Jamaica Hospital where he later died.
Police took two people into custody and are searching for one additional suspect.
The circumstances leading up to the shooting are unknown.
An investigation is ongoing.
