First responders said that the crash happened on Rothbury Drive and Goshen Road. They described the plane as "dangling hundred feet in the air." The plane crashed into the wires around 5:40 p.m.

Officials said that both people in the plane were uninjured but stuck in the suspended aircraft.

The plane, a single-engine Mooney M20J, departed from Westchester County Airport in White Plains, New York before it crashed into wires in Maryland, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
