BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) – A body was found floating in the water under the Brooklyn Bridge on Saturday afternoon, according to officials.
Police responded to a call for a person in the water at around 3:42 p.m. Police boats were on the water scouring the water, a video posted to Citizen shows.
Rescuers were able to recover the body from the water. Emergency services also responded to the scene, but the person was pronounced deceased, officials said.
Other information was not readily available.
