Refreshing and healthy pineapple salad.
15 Cherry tomatoes
1/4 red onion
3 sprigs of parsley
Pinch of salt
How to make it?
Scoop out the inside of the pinapple and cut up into cubes.
Scoop out half of avocado and cut up into cubes.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Break walnuts in half.
Mince parsley. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with the dressing. Take the salad and place
inside the pinapple. Whatever remains place around the platter.
