Branzino with cranberries and walnuts.

This healthy & delicious recipe will be a huge hit at your table.

1 Branzino

Stuffing

10 walnuts

10 fresh cranberries

1 medium onion

2 tbls of soy sauce

2 tbls of honey

*You can substutitute Sweet soy sauce instead of soy sauce and honey 

 

For the fish

Salt

Black pepper

Olive oil 2 tbls

Spicy Paprika

1 Lemon sliced

Soy sauce 

 

How to make it? 

Make the stuffing by grinding the walnuts, cranberries, onions and sweet soy sauce or soy sauce with honey. 

Make a bed of sliced onions on the bottom of the cooking sheet. Lay the branzino and put in the stuffing. Secure the stuffing with toothpicks. Add lemon slices, spicy paprika, 1 table spoon of soy sauce 2 table spoons of olive oil.  If you have extra suffing make balls and place on cooking sheet to bake. Broil on high for 5 minutes. Bake on 375 for 20 minutes without covering.
