Salmon Arugula Salad

Delicious Salmon and Arugula salad by Mona Liza.

Salmon Arugula Salad 

 

Ingredients

3 slices of Salmon

Arugala

1 Cucumber

Handful of cherry tomatoes

1 garlic clove

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 lemon squeezed

Olives (small green)

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

1 teaspoon black seed

1/4 sliced onion

oil for frying

Salt

Pepper

Paprika

 

How to Cook?

  • Cut up salmon into bite-size pieces.
  • Marinate in soy sauce,lemon juice and salt, pepper, paprika. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
  • Fry or broil the salmon in the oven until golden brown (around 7 to 10 minutes).
  • Layer:

                arugula

                cucumbers

                tomamtoes

                onions

                olives

 

  • Drizzle with olive oil
  • Put salmon on top of the veggies
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds &black seeds
  • Glaze  (optional)
